To increase metabolism increase the intensity of your workouts and shorten the duration. Life heavier or change hiit workouts to shorten time between sets. Do 2-3 short intense workouts throughout the day (20min each) instead of 1 long workout. Sneak exercise in your daily activities. Park far from the store/restaurant/office, take the stairs not the elevator etc. these are all cumulative effects that will build and the boom! One day soon you will be a calorie burning machine.
