Hey all.. so i am 5’6 currently weighing 154 lbs with a body fat of about 25-27%. My maintainence calories required are about 2100 and as per BB.com if i want to lose weight based on my activity level then i must consume not more than 1700.
My question here for you guys is, do you think 1700 is good enough for me to sustain daily and carry my workouts as well as reach a body fat level of 12-12%?
Also, what should be my macros break down? Currently i am taling 35% proteins, 35% fats and 30% carbs. But i read somewhere today that i should take about 35% protein, 35% carbs and 30% fats.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Weightloss rate should be based on your weight as well - the more you have to lose, the larger a deficit you can sustain. At your current weight, one pound per week sounds reasonable. MFP does not include exercise in your daily activity, it encourages you to exercise and eat back those calories. MFP gives 1710 calories for a guy born 1985, a 1 pound per week loss, and Lightly Active. Only you will know if it's sustainable, by trying it out.

Macro breakdown is up to preference, and should mainly be used as a tool for adherence to calorie deficit. The difference you're describing, is minimal. MFP 's default is a good starting point - a normal diet composition doesn't have to be as boring as it might sound.
