I’ve been on this app a few times throughout the years but can never seem to lose much weight/stick to a routine. Message me if you’re looking for someone to keep each other on track! Wanting to lose 50lbs.

Never been on msg boards before. Using mfp has worked for me when I use it but cannot seem to ever stick with it. Similarly would like to lose 40 lbs on a gradual basis, 1 lb per week basis. Using mfp to stick to net 1850 cal per day diet has worked for me before.0
