Hi! My starting weight was 206. I’d like to get back down to 200 as a very short term goal and the less than 10 a month until 165. I’m comfortable at 180 but as I age I realize the weight has been really affecting what I can and can’t do. My husband joined MyFitnessPal too and has been successful. I’d really love to have friends on here that can laugh and inspire. Please feel free to add me!

Hi! I feel the same way! just joined MFP almost 2 weeks ago. My starting weight was 184.7, currently 179ish, and my goal is 8-10 lbs per month, with a very flexible final goal weight of 135. For me it will be more about how I feel and look, so I'm not married to that number. Will send you a request!1
