Quick exercises?

I never have the alone time or mental energy to do an actual work out. So ive been doing quick exercises while cooking, before and after a shower, lunges while going down the hall way, leg raises while standing. Ill do a set of body weight exercises while my husband goes to smoke a cigarette and before the house begins to wake up. Do all of these add up or should I really make time for a work out?

    I think there's nothing wrong with starting small, so long as you keep pushing yourself. Something is always going to be better than nothing!
