Did it work for you and what exercises did you use?

I didn't really have rounded shoulders but lifting weights has really helped make them look squarer and stronger.2

Lots of pulling could help.
Things like pullups, lat pulldowns, rowing, face pulls, rear lat raises, etc.
If you want to correct, do twice as much pulling as pressing.
Also do overhead pressing instead of just doing flat bench presses all the time.
If all you do is bench presses your shoulders will round over since you are over-developing the front deltoids and chest.3 -
Yes, though I trained for a better posture, and thereby getting rid of rounded shoulders.
I used this video for 3-4 days a week and in the morning (not because it matters).

and the extension exercises in this video

Hope it helps1 -
I do dumbbell front-and-side lateral raises (i.e. 1 rep = front raise, lower, side raise, lower).0

Ballet classes really helped improve my posture.0

I did! Though I needed the help of a personal trainer. I stretch my pecs every day and I do rows and rear flys two or three times a week. Building core strength will probably help too. People say I look taller now!0

In my experience, what's more important than exercises are:
1) Practicing good posture, all day long.
2) Stretch pecs every hour or two
Use a reminder app if you forget either of these.
For strength training, i'd follow a normal, full-body program without modifying it.1
