Low Calorie Drink Alternative

If you're like me, someone who used to drink almost ALL of their calories in fizzy fruit drinks, juice, squash, milkshakes, etc, this recipe might be a bit of a life-saver in times of need :)

1 fruit teabag (I LOVE Heath & Heathers Pomegranate Tea - so good! Lipton also makes pretty cheap fruit teas, with lots of variety)
200 ml of water (fizzy or still, whichever you prefer)
Sweetener (to taste)

Just brew your teabag in the cold water - you don't have to remove it - and add sweetener to taste. Seriously, this drink is delicious - I'll usually take a chilled bottle with me on bike rides/hikes as I don't particularly like water. If I have enough calories left I'll add brown sugar instead of splenda, but whatever works for you! It tastes pretty much JUST like juice or squash, and you can play around with the formula to get your desired strength - for almost no calories! :)
