Been using the app for the last few months without missing it once and I must say its been very educational in terms of tracking my habits. I'm a 6ft3 guy and I've gone from 117kg to 87kg in about 8-9 months, while accidentally losing slightly too much muscle mass unfortunately. I'm now starting to look a bit skinny, but I feel great.

I still have a tiny bit of stubborn belly fat from past life food abuse I think. Maybe I was on the brink of type 2 diabetes lol. More importantly I'm training for the London Marathon (~42km run), so I think I'll begin gaining weight again after that.
