Editing Recipes

Hi all, I’m trying to figure out how to edit recipes once I have created one. I can select recipe and add it to the meal, but I cannot figure out how to edit and change the recipe. Do I need to recreate the recipe if I need to change? Thanks!

    Food tab>Recipes tab>Choose your recipe>Edit Recipe link

    That's on a computer. I'm not sure how to change it on a phone. Maybe someone else will know!
