The sun is out and I am stuck at work behind a desk with no windows so I decided to hit it hard today. This workout will only take up a 3 foot by 4 foot area with minimal equipment. You can use bands or whatever you got. Post up your desk jockey workouts and get it done!!!
50 reps jump rope
20 burpees
50 reps jump rope
20 d.b. front squats
50 reps jump rope
20 d.b. straight leg dead lifts
50 reps jump rope
20 d.b. clean and jerk
