Just joined - currently have no questions - weighed first day and not since but intend to tomorrow - so far have eaten quite under caloric suggestions but am not hungry. I have always had hard time losing - uh huh...only lost weight once on Doctor authorized protein diet (550 calories powder a day) and after 26 weeks lost 40 lbs but yup gained it all back...so just pretty much have eaten healthy for last 25 years - have weighed the same for all that time but am not ummm yup up in years and really should lose for health, back, leg reasons!!!! Currently on high protein, some fat, low carbs and lots of veggies - that is why I stay full I think. So that's my story I may need help at some point so feel free to weigh in on experiences. Not very techie either!!

I know the story ... eating healthy enough for a small village. Welcome to here. Patiently, persistently, and accurately log all the food you eat and you will amaze us all, even yourself, with what you can achieve.0

Thanks Jerome - started logging food years ago - so will keep it up on this site and see where I go with the new plan! I like veggies and like to exercise.
