I love flavored drinks. What is a healthyish adding to flavor my water. I do have a health condition that makes it so I shouldn’t consume citrus or mint. Options?

    FIFY.

I mean, I guess they might make water taste okay, but they’re useless for any purpose other than that.

Nuun All Day if you don't mind that sort of thing.

I'd probably do kombucha. If you can't have that, cucumber, basil, apple cider vinegar, a touch of sweetness --honey or maple. Maybe a little chili.

A citrus wedge is my go-to. Either 1/4 or 1/8 does a 24 oz water bottle well for me. Easy, inexpensive, and love the flavor! Get creative with various combinations of fruits (including low-sugar fruits such as cucumbers), and consider trying something like a twist of fresh mint! Lots of recipes online.

OP stated they can't have citrus or mint due to health reasons.

Shoot! SO sorry I missed this! I'm usually so much better at catching the details. Thanks for catching me on that, @Marilyn0924!

The strawberries are wonderful -- especially when they're set with cut blueberries (and maybe raspberries) for a few hours to build the flavor! Does pineapple do the same to you as citrus? We've done that and enjoyed it too, though don't do it much due to cost.

Something else I like to do every now and then is blend in cranberries and some sweet fruit (such as pineapple). I don't know if there's much science behind it or not, but it seems as though it's really helped to support my "plumbing."

Rose/hibiscus-infused waters are really good too, though go easy when you first try them, as you can overpower the flavor.

We've also done all of these with sun tea at times, especially in the summer. I hope you find this post far more helpful than my first!

Celery. Grape, cut in half. Berries of any kind, cut in half if possible. Peaches, pears, apples; whatever fruits are going bad in the fridge or are cheap.
