No longer hungry AND losing weight!

A few days ago, I reached out because I was hungry and lightheaded. I got a lot of great guidance and internet links to help me accurately calculate my basal metabolic rate (BMR) and total daily energy expended (TDEE). In an effort to lose weight faster, I had minimized how active I am and calculated a too low daily calorie intake.

I was not eating enough for my lifestyle. And it probably slowed my metabolism. I adjusted up and am now feeling better. I am not so hungry and have more variety in my menus. And I am losing weight!

I am still working to learn food choices that are healthy and filling. But I feel optimistic rather than frustrated.
