first i just want to say, yes i know diet is key and i also do train abs manually at the gym but i was thinking about buying one of these as an aid maybe 30 minutes a day before bedtime just to cut that last bit of lower belly fat. have anyone here ever tried these ( 35 dollers EMS for abs) ?

Sadly no, it's another fad. It would be awesome if it was real though!

How is it going to cut fat ... you said you know diet is key and that’s your answer.

If a $35 ems worked then there would be no bellies !!! And the equation would emsco and not CICO

@h1udd it works by contacting the abs as if you were working them out (or so i read) just wondering if anyone used them.. wanted to see if i could add them into my workout

Don't you think if we cut just lie down and let a 35 dollar machine do the work, we'd all have abs? Come on.

They are used by physios for certain types of injury rehab but are useless as a workout replacement.

Useless for injury rehab too in my case.
