Advice and accou accountability

Hey all!
I am new to MFP, I am also new to trying LCHF and going to the gym!

I started the gym 3/2/18 with 1 friend and since then we've acquired 2 others to join our tribe!! So awesome! I crave the gym now..
Started LCHF on 3/4/18 and when I weighed in on 3/8 I was down 2#! I'm not always sure I am following the rules of the diet but i am tracking everything. Unfortunately I am learning I don't get enough protein and haven't yet, even though I have been eating straight protein when not even hungry..
I can never have too many friends or support! :)
