Is anyone vegan and a crossfitter? If so, what do your macro percentages look like?

Try to eat .8-1g protein and .35-6g fat for 1lbs lbm, or mid range normal BMI if you are overweight.
Carbs can fill in the rest.
Try to meet your nutritional needs daily.
