Need help/ideas

Hello everyone!
My name is Arthur, I'm 31 and weigh about 225. I'd like to drop a decent amount of weight even if it takes awhile. Would like to got 180 but it's kinda hard in my position. I work 2 full time jobs, {retail at night and painting construction) 80 plus hours a week. So I get about 2 to 3 hours of sleep between the jobs. So making the right food choices like making and prepping is hard and exercising is hard due to my time limit. I'd like to see what i could eat for food that make me feel l full and give me energy. I'm also I diabetic so I gotta be careful or sugary stuff now. So if anyone has ideas and would like to help, I would appreciate it very much!

I am vegetarian since July as I had gastric bypass surgery and meat makes me throw up. So I eat 3 scrambled eggs, sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and add a tbs of cottage cheese everyday for breakfast or lunch. It fills you up and gives you over 30 grams of protein.1
