Hi everyone,
I just walked 2 miles (which both my iPhone step counter and google maps confirmed) in one hour (which...time confirmed?) but my steps (auto synced by iPhone) and estimated calories (from inputting waking, 2.0 mph, 60 mins into mfp) are Given completely different calories burned in my diary; although I assume the actual calorie count comes from MFP for both?
Put both side by side in my diary so you can see.
I know MFP typically overestimates calories but I’m not sure why there’s such a difference between measurements of the same exercise?
Thanks!
