109 Days, 44lbs about halfway to my goal

I began this journey at the end of November 2017 (at 250lbs) and have not looked back since. My energy level has increased, I am feeling stronger and am more confident.
I set out on this journey with two numbers in mind: 169lbs and 10% body fat. I gave myself 12 months to achieve these goals. 3 months in, and I am halfway there.
When I began, going to the gym was not a priority, but within 3 weeks, I was going to the gym 1-2 times per week.
Now my life revolves around my healthy eating and my weightlifting (3-4 times per week).
What am I doing?
1) I log everything, even the bad days,
2) I remain active on the MFP forums and have made/added +/-50 friends here who keep me motivated and honest,
3) I prioritize sleep,
4) I take this journey in stride. There are ups and downs, but over the long run changes are happening.
Now that I have reached the 50% point, I am going to keep doing what I have been doing, but will re-evaluate my goal once I hit 180 lbs (at this rate, by the end of May, or mid June).
Thanks for all the support guys, and if anyone has more questions on what I am doing, just let me know.
