Do you realise that on here activity and exercise are two different things?
(That's why the questions in your goal set up don't mention purposeful exercise at all - just your job and lifestyle.)
What about the other 160.5 hours in the week? Are you active or inactive? Working or not working?
Are you intending logging your dance as exercise or trying to roll it up into your activity level like a TDEE site would do?

I would say I’m pretty active0

So as a start point select active as your activity setting.
Set "maintain my current weight" as your weight goal.
Log your exercise the best way you can.
After a month you will have some data to go on from which to adjust / fine tune things.6
