Anybody have any good on the go breakfast meals that they willing to share.

Eat any breakfast you like, and eat it at home.2

Protein bar, hard boiled eggs0

Overnight oats smoothie
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 TBS almond butter
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen fruit
leave overnight, add 1/4 cup almond milk and blend in the morning and drink on the way to work.1 -
I like to start the morning with egg and a little veggie. I have time to cook in the morning, but if I didn't I would definitely make a mini frittatas or crustless quiches in a muffin tin ahead of time to grab and go.0
