Hello there, I’m finally going to commit to tracking my micros. I’ve never been a fan but several years ago I lost 100 pounds by eating low carb and slowly but surely I’ve gained back 40. I cannot let this keep going!!
Would love to have some cheerleaders and cheer others on as well. Please add me.

    Not sure which part of Gilbert you’re in but I work out late mornings at EOS Fitness on Higley by myself and then again in the evenings at 8:30 with my wife, and sister-in-law. You’re welcome to join us if you ever need a routine to help keep you going.
