I usually don't wear shoes to exercise at home. Mostly wood floor, rug or yoga mat sometimes.0

I workout and do yoga at home barefoot.0

I try to workout barefoot as much as possible. The only place I go that forces me to wear shoes is ballet class where you have to wear ballet shoes. The foot is like your hand in terms of functionality so wearing shoes would be like wearing mittens to workout. My workouts involve lifting, calisthenics, yoga and aerial related activities so the lack of footwear is related to this. If I was into running or cycling I would say my answer would be very different.0
