Anybody did PRK eyesight correction?

Advice needed. My retina is too thin for LASIK. I am 41. Given the longer recovery process and my age, is PRK worthy? I may be only a few years free of glasses after the correction :-(

I did it about 5 years ago and I still have 20/20.
