We are doing a healthy Bingo game at work and one of the squares says to drink a green smoothie. What is a good one to buy or a simple one to make? It really needs to taste good. I appreciate any help I get with this.

I do green smoothies on occasion for breakfast. I do a handful of spinach, handful of kale, and then a combination of two or three fruits such as pineapple, banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, or grapes! I also add a tablespoon of chia seeds and then about 100 calories worth of green yogurt. Blend with water and ice!

My smoothies are usually between 350-400 calories. Make sure you measure the fruit! It adds up!

Whole milk, banana, fresh mint leaves. Good for St Patrick's Day, which is coming up soon, too.
