Yesterday my boss brought us donuts and I resisted when he sat them on my desk

My boyfriend took me on a mini vacation, when got ready to go out he drug me in front of the mirror and nicely pointed out that I shouldn't wear the shirt because it swallowed me. It happened twice!

It hit me that I'm very lucky to have such a supportive loved one and friends.

I wore a bikini to the pool! Yeah, not sure when the last time that happened, I still have about 15 more pounds to go but it was a confidence thing.
