Hey everyone! Need your help staying accountable.

Hey . So I gained a lot of weight this year due to emotional stresses but I am ready to bounce back and be in the best shape of my life. I’m 25 years old and weigh 150 pounds. Looking to be 125 pounds by spetmeber. i wanna do it slowly because it will be easier to maintain in the long run. The hardest part for me is binging at night and overeating foods that are no good. I need some motivation and help keeping me accountable. Thanks !!! Shout out to my peeps in Montreal,Qc.
