Reminder

Just a quick reminder to anyone else struggling -

I've done this before. I've read the forums. I know about the unreliability of the scale and the fluctuations and the value of patience and how much more consistency matters than a few big exceptions... Intellectually. I know these things intellectually.

That didn't stop me derailing for a few days when the scale refused to budge (even seemed to increase!) for three weeks in a row. And then this morning, just as expected, things evened out and I had dropped an easy kilo, even with fluids in my body, even soaking wet from the shower, even weighing myself fully clothed.

So, just in case anyone else needs to hear it, this is just a reminder to trust the process and stay consistent, even if you have to grit your teeth and ignore the scale for a few days (weeks). Unless something is drastically and dramatically wrong, it'll even out. If you've been seeing success in the past, you'll probably see it again.

Over and out.
