Just wondering peoples thoughts on ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting or good old fashion healthy eating ensuring caloric deficit is maintained?

Calories are king. Not your macro composition or what time of the day you eat.

All roads lead to Rome. All of these methods are just ways to create a caloric deficit that some people find sustainable and others don't. It's wonderful that you are not limited to one way when it comes to weight loss, and that we have the ability to choose whatever aligns with our own habits and preferences.

A good majority of people on here will tell you to eat whatever you want as long as you are hitting your calorie goals.
