Weight loss road block

I've been in the gym pretty hard and consistently for since October with minimal gain... I'll blame that on poor eating habits. A stressful job and long commute don't help either. I've actually put on weight which may be muscle, but still...

So the answer is.... fix poor eating habits. Weight management is more about what you are doing in the kitchen than the gym!0

they are all very good excuses to why you are not meeting your goals.
so stop making them
You need to accept that the body you have, the reason its the size and shape it is, is not because of a commute to work or a crappy boss. Its due to the food you put in it and the energy you take out of it.
if YOU want progress then YOU need to prioritize it.
GO !!!!!

Perhaps try planning out what you are going to eat in advance as best as you can? I have found that it makes grocery shopping easier. Also having everything I need at home lessens the chance to go out and pick up fast food.
It's not easy, but you have to put in work for what you want and stay consistent. So go for it.3
