Exercise calories depleting

Can anyone tell me why my exercise calories went from 230 to 63 in a couple hours? I walked fast pace for 45 minutes every morning and it’s messing me up. I take my calories and divide them for the day but then they disappear

Are you talking about calories coming over from an activity tracker? If so, it's because MFP estimates your total calorie burn for the entire day at each sync and gives you an adjustment from that. If from one sync to the next you don't burn what it expected, your adjustment will drop.1
