Yo-yo'ers, my people...add me!

I joined MFP in 2011 at 235 lbs. Over the next few years, I lost 85 lbs. Then gained it all back. To the ounce.

My ultimate goal is 125 but I'm not hyper-fixated on that number. Just in the ballpark would please me, as long as I look and feel good there. I'm 33, 5' 3", live in Colorado, am engaged, and work a lot.

I have a more healthy lifestyle now than I did when I was 235 but keep yo-yo'ing between 185 and 200. Back up to 200 now but 2 days into restarting. So far so good.

I'm not a complete exercise freak but I DO love hiking and do super long, intense hikes in summer. Mostly, though, I focus on calories and then I pepper in exercise when I can. Working on making it more regular, though. Trying yoga out this year.

If you are also a yo-yo'er, or just want to buddy up, feel free to add me. Cheers!
