Well, I'm back again.
I've been on and off this site for years. It's worked for me. And then I've failed. I know why, I know what I've done. I even know why I've done it. Self awareness sucks, but it's not a solution.
On the advice of my GP (general practitioner), I ended up getting a gastric sleeve almost seven months ago and it's been a Godsend, but I've still got the mental aspect that I'm struggling with.

So, knowing this, I'm looking for friends who can relate, who can help keep me accountable, who don't mind hearing, or ignoring, the occasional whining.

Who I am?

I'm 5'8". I started this latest weight loss at 410. I am presently 301.6.
