Hello! I'm 56 and 5'4" was a Slimming World dieter on and off for 20 years before having roux-en-y surgery in 2010 weighing 287 pounds. When I stopped losing I was 189 however over the next few years I regained 28 pounds before deciding to get myself in hand in 2017. I have now lost a further 40 pounds using MFP and my own personal diet plan. My total weight loss is just shy of 112 pounds/8 stone (weight 177 pounds)
I have been vegetarian for 35 years but might be classed as a pescetarian as I now eat a little fish.
I'm quite a foodie, and love dishes from around the world, and can honestly say that only Fennel and Okra are on my dislike list.
If anyone would like to contact me, please do.
