Does it make a difference if you complete an exercise all at once or divide it up?

small question here: would it make a difference in calories burned if I jogged in place for 10 minutes straight or if i did the same 10 minutes but at a minute or two at a time with breaks inbetween?

For endurance and fitness, yes. For calories, probably not.6

Any way you break it up is ok. If that is what works for you at the time, to get in that overall total for your workout, it is good.1
