Do you typically eat all the calories you earn working out?

I usually eat most of them. It just depends on how hungry I am

The calculations for how much you burn is so very inaccurate that I would reccomend not doing it. It is OK to eat more when you work out, but in my opinion it is not nescessary. Of course that means you can eat more throughout the week in general if you don't count workout calories since the calories you burn will now go into your general numbers.

Yes all of them, both during weight loss and while maintaining.
It's how this site is designed to be used - your base daily goal is for a day when you don't exercise.
