9lb for Easter Weekend

9lb will drop my BMI 1 point. Digestive system has become sluggish and weight loss has ground to a halt. Need to get good exercise habits reinstated, low impact rower and dog walking to warm up. Going away Easter Weekend so that's a good reward to aim for.

What are your current stats? Calories, weight and body fat (you can use tape measure for this if you don't know). It can be done, but depending on your stats it might not be very sustanable and could lead to you gaining everything back in the weekend when you are away if you aren't careful0

My BMI is 29 so I am over weight. With cleaner eating and whole body work out it is achievable. Not to be too crude but I am feeling very bunged up! I am not a youngster, not planning a bender weekend away, just lots of walking, site seeing and playing with dog and small child, so shouldn't gain over the weekend if I am careful with calories still. After that I shall go back to a more realistic 2lb max per week.0
