New to weight loss working mom

Hi! I am a mom of two young boys, and works full time. I am looking to lose 30 pounds. I recently lost ten, and have been exercising regularly and now use mfp to help with my nutrition. Just looking for low cal recipes, fitness ideas and motivation!

    Hi! I'm kinda in the same boat. I have two children, 4 and 6 and I'm a working Mom. I get up at 5:30am, get ready, get my kids up at 6:00am, take them to school, work from 8-5, pick them up, eat dinner, put kids to bed at 8:30pm and try to get into bed by 9:30pm. I really want to make time to workout. It's just hard to find the time. I would like to lose around 20-25 pounds. I used Nutrisystem in the past to lose weight after the birth of my kids. But now I just want to lose weight with healthy food choices and exercise. I would love to have someone to keep me motivated and accountable! -Amy :)
