Anybody tried hiphop abs?

I have about 150 to lose and thought I would start by using hiphop abs. Wanted to see of anybody else on here has tried it and what were your results?

    im doing it now.

    no real results yet. but it easy to follow. and Shaun T have someone on the right for modified version if you cannot do what others are doing.

    I also just finished got the dance series "Dance Party" of Hip Hop Abs.

    I do not have the Meal Plan. but if order from beachbody im sure that what you'll get in the package too.
