If someone's job requires physical work (delivery driver, warehouse worker..etc). Should we count the calories burned as a workout?

No, it counts as your daily activity.

No, you should include your regular daily activity when setting your activity level. Don't double-count it as exercise.

No, you pick an activity level that is more in tune with the type of job you have. An increased activity level requires more calories.

I work in an office so I chose sedentary.....then I log deliberate workouts and eat back 50-75% of "earned" calories.

Thanks! Yeah, I figured that would be cheating!

I count anything that beyond my day which is increased activity. However, I try and get 10,000 steps in the day and do monitor that but only count my exercise when i go to gym or do a work out at home since i have an office job.
