If it has 100 grams, it probably has 1 gram, too. Enter X servings of 1 gram. But if it doesn't, enter 0.0X servings of 100 grams.1

Assume you ate 32.0 grams.
Move the decimal point two digits left.
Log 0.32 of 100g serving size to get 32g.
In general, divide weight of portion grams by weight of serving size.
Note:
1/4 = 0.25
1/3 = 0.333
1/2 = 0.5
2/3 = 0.666
3/4 = 0.752 -
