Hi I've been here for 393 days and am getting no where I would really like some help I need someone friends to help me out as I would do the same please if anyone out there wants to help me that would be great

I've been friends with you for a while, and I'm hardly seeing you log anything anymore. Are you keeping track of your food? Making healthy food choices? Last time I've seen your diary - you had a high sodium intake.
And you need to burn a certain amount of calories a day. Here's numbers of calories and lbs:
1lb = 3500 calories.
0.9lb = 3150 calories
0.8lb = 2800 calories
0.7lb = 2450 calories
0.6lb = 2100 calories
0.5lb = 1750 calories
0.4lb = 1400 calories
0.3lb = 1050 calories
0.2lb = 700 calories
0.1lb = 350 calories.
Start logging in your food more.
No more fast food (mcdonalds) except maybe every once in a while if you need to indulge.
You need healthy fat. Vitamins. A certain amount of sodium/sugar.. and you've been kinda going over it.

You know I'm always here if you have questions - but you need to have the right mindset- just the other day I saw you were thinking about giving up and maybe this is something to do with it, but remember, you can't give up, it's for YOU and YOU alone. You can do this - you need a little extra push in the right direction.

Also, be very careful in eating back exercise calories. I wouldn't log "cleaning" as exercise anymore. :flowerforyou:0
