Hi from NC, new to fitness pal and looking to lose 15 pound in 25 weeks when I go back to doctor, my long term goal is to lose 90 pounds. Just starting out and have fibromyalgia and joint issues so right now all I am doing is walking, also up and down stairs in house, some light gardening, and of course cleaning this huge 2 story Victorian lol but hey every little bit counts! and watching what and how much I eat.
If any of you need a buddy count me in I will try to be that, I am a freelance writer so spend a lot of time working.
