just needing some advice from any crossfitters please! I am a mam of two (toddler & preschool age) and attend crossfit classes but don't feel like I am gaining any improvement due to not be able to attend enough classes. Would like to do some improvement work at home building on Overhead strength, able to do pull ups, handstand push ups etc. I have a few bits of equipment, kettle bells and plates but not sure how to use these to help with my improvements. That way when I do go to classes I feel like I am at least getting somewhere
TIA

How many days a week are you going to Crossfit right now?0

Just two days a week0

When I can't get to Crossfit, my coach texts me home workouts w/ the equipment I have available. Assuming you are paying the gym for Crossfit, they should offer this to you at no extra cost.0

3 times a week0
