Upper body Help

Heading to the gym tonight and want to train arms and back (all upper body) but not sure where to start and I’m scared of going into the weights area. Where should I start?

Do you feel comfortable with machines?
Back - lateral pull downs, seated row...
Arms - If you don't want to use free weights, you can try cable bicep curls and rope tricep pushdowns.
If you type the name of the exercises on Youtube there will be videos telling you how to perform them.0 -
