What's up everybody. Little background about myself. I've been heavy most of my life but always been a weight trainer. I have an eating disorder called I Like Food Way More Than Most People. It's an epidemic.

In 2012 I lost 106lbs in 9 months. Started feeling weak at the gym so experimented with "supplements" (IDK if I'm allowed to say it on here but I'm sure you get the idea). Was up and down in weight over the years but never got fat again until roughly a year and a half ago I had a back injury at work and could no longer train or work.

Testosterone levels fell, got depressed, started eating like hell again and went from a lean 255lbs to sloppy and weak as hell 300lbs. But I'm back on my wagon now, injury is healed and I'm on the road to recovery. I have many weddings to attend this year including my own so settling is no option! I also want to do a bodybuilding show some time next summer.

I have an issa personal training certification and I've learned a lot over the years so during this humbling journey I hope be inspired and maybe inspire some others as well! I'll be posting frequently as I see my own results. So far since the start just 2 weeks ago I'm already down 15lbs.
