I have the most recent model of the Apple Watch, where it has your move, exercise, and standing goals. Do you count the calories you earn in your move goals? I usually get 300ish on work days and I’m never sure if I should really count them or not. Yesterday I worked out and burned ~580 calories, but my watch said a bit over 800 with my move calories included. Which number would you go off of for calorie eating purposes?

Ditto to the member above. I don’t always use those extra calories that I’ve worked so hard to burn ( usually). But it’s nice to have them occasionally. I noticed more weight loss if I didn’t use them all the time. Only as needed. You will know when. The longer you do this and listen to your body for clues on when you are really hungry and become healthier.1
