I’m back and more stressed out than ever!
I used MyFitnessPal in the past and saw results and then of course started falling off the wagon, deleted the app and bad things happened. I’ve decided to get back on the wagon and I’ve synced mfp with my Fitbit. I’m looking for others here who want support, motivation and people to share recipes with!

    Yes all that matters is your getting back on the wagon. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen off the wagon. This is the most successful I've ever been at keeping to it. Having a support system and friends to share the journey with goes a long way to help.

    Welcome back! Einstein never said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results", but it's still a good qoute to keep in mind. Maybe if you started a more reasonable and "kind to yourself" approach, instead of only having "results" to motivate you, there wouldn't be a wagon to fall off? You can eat whatever you like, make any recipe, just don't eat too much over time.
