Bone structure?

So I've been wondering this all of my life. It has to do with my pelvic bone. I'm a 115lb 5'3 female btw. My stomach is mostly flat and then when it comes to my pelvic bone it seems to jut out. Does any other women have this happen? It makes me look like I'm bigger than I am and is very embarrassing in bathing suits and some shorts/pants. I see some women have this issue but most tend to be bigger than me or its not as severe. If anyone else has this happen how do you deal with it?

Where a different bathing suit or shorts that fit better. You can't do anything about bone structure.4

You can't do anything about it. I also have a fairly wide, protruding pelvis. It sucks if you're stuck with a hard bed mattress and most trousers that are medium to high rise don't fit properly due to my slim waist. Mind you, if I was taller and my pelvis was slimmer my waist would be a lot thinner as well I'm sure even though I have hardly any padding there. It's just genetics. Nothing you can do about it. But you can emphasise your waist. I mean, look at Marilyn Monroe. She was not heavy, but still curvy. Show your curviness, be a female goddess. That's all there is, really.
Mind you, 'heavy bone structure' doesn't really show on the scale as the density of bone is fairly low to start with, and a wider pelvis is not so much material after all.0 -
Don't be embarrassed about what is normal, we can do nothing about our bones - it sounds like you are overthinking things. If you have a flat tummy be proud and flaunt it (I know I would if I could!)0
