Trigger food challenge

My trigger food lately, yes because I have many, is trail mix, or simply nits.
I crave them and when I start eating, witch is daily and often, I can’t make myself stop!
I am hoping that some one will want to join this trigger food challenge and help me stay motivated to get it under control
My goal is to be able to get control and not binge on these foods
I will report daily or every other day

    Yes, it is pistachio nuts or any kind of nuts - that is my trigger foods! This is what I do. I go to the grocery store & buy 1/2 cup of nuts in the bulk bin & no more. When I get home, I have the nuts any time I want but after the nuts are gone, they are gone. I have had one serving of nuts! Then, when I go back to the grocery store, I will buy 1/2 cup of nuts & that keeps me in control of what I am eating.
